Plot[]
Story begins before Wonder Woman was born with her mom making out with Zeus. Then after Hippolyta finds out she is pregnant she tells Zeus and in order to save their child she goes into Themescyra hiding herself and her child hoping that Hera, will not find her and kill her daughter.
Then yrs and yrs later in present day. Wonder Woman is all grown up trained in the art of combat right beside her beside friend Aresia. Things are the same until Steve Trevor crash lands on the island, upon seeing Steve, Aresia remembers her life before the island and all the horrors that she endured.
When dealing with the issue of who is to bring Steve home, Wonder Woman sees this as a chance to bring peace to the outside world while Aresia sees it as a chance to bring war and death to all of the males.
After a very close contest, Wonder Woman beats her friend Aresia claiming the position as Emissary to the outside world. Before leaving, Hippolyta reveals that she is Zeus' child, tells her of the danger she could have because of Hera and gives her the armor and weapons her father had Hephaestus forge for her when she was a baby.
With this she leaves with Steve to America. Unfortunately Aresia also makes it off the island along with a few the amazons leave as well, hellbent on destroying all of malekind.
After finding out about the plan and being offered a position with Aresia and refusing, a heartbroken Wonder Woman(without Steve's help) fights the Amazons and Aresia but is defeated by them.
After escaping she goes to her mother and tells her but since she doesn't have any evidence and Aresia has "witnesses", Hippolyta can't do a thing and thus Wonder Woman leaves without help from home.
Wonder Woman swallows her pride and goes to Steve for help, and together, they gather the help needed and fight Aresia and her group and defeat them.
Aresia and company retreat to Themescyra and Hippolyta tells the story of the man who saved her life. In the moment, when Aresia is stunned Wonder Woman uses it to defeat her.
Wonder Woman then is allowed to stay in the outside world, with Steve, as a emissary for the Amazonian government.
After the Credits Hera is seen plotting on how she is going to kill Wonder Woman
